Spicy French Pork
Ingredients
- Pork Neck 25 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Bacon 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 2½ tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1½ tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Habanero Pepper 0 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Cut the onion into thin rings.
Step 3
Chop the bacon into small pieces.
Step 4
Finely chop the jalapeño and sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 5
In a deep bowl, combine both types of mustard and mayonnaise.
Step 6
Place the bacon in a dry, hot skillet. Fry on both sides for about 4 minutes.
Step 7
Once the bacon is browned, transfer it to a bowl.
Step 8
Add butter to the fat rendered from the bacon.
Step 9
Place the pork, cut into steaks, in the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 10
After 3–4 minutes, flip the pork. Season with salt and pepper and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 11
Spread the mustard sauce (about a teaspoon on each piece of meat) and top with onion.
Step 12
Add jalapeño and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
Step 13
Add more sauce on top.
Step 14
Place the slices of cherry tomatoes.
Step 15
Distribute the remaining sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and cover with a lid. Reduce the heat to low.
Step 16
After 7–9 minutes, the meat is ready. Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
