Spicy Cod in Grape Leaves
Ingredients
- Canned Grape Leaves 8 pieces
- Spices to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cod fillet 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the cod fillet and remove the bones. Cut into portion-sized pieces.
Step 2
Sprinkle each piece with spices, salt, and pepper (to taste and discretion), and wrap in a grape leaf.
Step 3
Don't forget to grease the baking dish where you place the fish, cover it with foil or a lid for the same dish.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 170–375°F.
