Spicy Citrus Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- Duck wings 0 lbs
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Corn Starch 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Chicken Seasoning 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Chili jam 2 teaspoons

Prepare all the ingredients.

Rinse the wings, cut them at the joints, set aside the small tip, dry with a paper towel, and place in a bowl.

Add spices, soy sauce, garlic (pressed), vegetable oil, and mix the wings well with the marinade.

Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes.

Zest 1 orange.

Juice the oranges and half a lemon, straining the juice through a sieve if necessary.

Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper, arrange the wings, and place in a preheated oven at 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) to bake for 20–25 minutes.

Pour the juice into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add sugar, bring to a boil, and reduce while stirring for 10 minutes.

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water, add chili sauce, and mix.

Add the orange zest and cornstarch mixture to the juice, bring to a boil, stirring continuously until thickened.
