Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Onion 0 oz
- Sweet Paprika 3 tablespoons
- Ground Cumin 3 tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Canned tomatoes 30 oz
- Canned black beans 30 oz
- Feta cheese to taste
- Avocado 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the paprika and cumin, cook for a few more minutes, then add the vinegar, sugar, tomatoes, and seasonings. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the beans and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with rice and a side of your choice in small bowls.
