Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the fish thoroughly and pat it dry.
Step 2
Crush the seeds of dill, coriander, thyme, and bay leaf.
Step 3
Drizzle the trout with olive oil, coat it with crushed spices, sprinkle with pepper and salt, and let it marinate for one hour.
Step 4
Wrap the fish in foil and place it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Serve the cooked trout with a wedge of lemon and white wine.
