- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Onion ½ piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes. Slice the tomatoes into half-moons. Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Heat a skillet and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the onion to the skillet, then layer the tomatoes on top.
Step 4
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the herbs (I used dill), pour into the skillet, and cover with a lid.
Step 5
Cook until done.
