  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Canned Corn 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Parsley 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel and slice the potatoes into rounds. Remove seeds from the bell peppers and dice them.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan and fry the potatoes until almost cooked.

Step 3

Add the peppers, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the pan.

Step 4

After another 5 minutes, add the diced tomatoes and corn.

Step 5

In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the chopped parsley and salt, then pour the eggs into the pan.

Step 6

Next, place in a hot oven (390°F) for a couple of minutes or fry on the stove over low heat. Serve hot or cold.
