Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 4 pieces
- Champignons 20 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sear the meat in a hot skillet for one minute on each side, then transfer it to a baking dish.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces and sauté them for 7 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the tomatoes finely and add them to the mushrooms.
Step 4
Add the garlic, then pour in the cream, bring it to a boil, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the mixture over the meat, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the preheated oven (430°F) for 15–20 minutes.
