Description

Step 1
Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into large cubes, slice the onion into half-rings, cut the bell peppers into strips, and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil, sauté the onion until it becomes translucent, then add the zucchini and fry, stirring, until semi-cooked. Add the peppers and fry for another 7 minutes, then add the tomatoes, garlic, and spices. Simmer the vegetables until cooked, covering the saucepan with a lid.
