Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Ham 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into rings. Sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Dice the bell pepper, add it to the onion, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes, peel them, and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Dice the ham.
Step 5
Add the potatoes to the bell pepper and onion mixture and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Beat the eggs and add the ham.
Step 7
Place the vegetables in a baking dish.
Step 8
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-390°F for 10-13 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
