- Onion 1 piece
- White bread 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Almond 10 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces

- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Ground clove a pinch
- Saffron a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cut the chicken into 12 pieces: halve the drumsticks, thighs, wings, and breasts.

In a heavy-bottomed pot, lightly sauté the bread and garlic in olive oil.

Then remove them, and in the pot, sauté the chicken until it is golden brown. Transfer the sautéed chicken to another dish.

In the same oil, sauté the onion until soft and return the chicken.

Pour in water, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and cloves, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

In a mortar, crush the toasted garlic and bread with almonds, saffron, cumin, and the yolks of hard-boiled eggs.

Add 70 ml of water to the mortar, mix the contents, and pour it into the pot with the chicken.

Simmer covered for another hour on low heat. After the time is up, add the finely chopped egg white.
