  • Stracchino cheese 5 oz
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Arugula 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Dried onion powder to taste
