Description
This is a very quick dish to prepare. We use ready-to-eat peeled shrimp. You can substitute the pasta with soba or cellophane noodles; it's not critical. The amount of cream can be adjusted easily — to ensure it’s not dry or the pasta isn’t swimming in the cream sauce. Dill can be replaced with any herbs to your taste.
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Shrimp 10 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Clarified Butter 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Water 0 qt
- Dill 1 sprig
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil and add salt.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into the hot water.
Step 4
Add the pasta to the boiling water.
Step 5
Cook until done.
Step 6
Drain the water.
Step 7
Place the shrimp in a hot skillet with clarified butter.
Step 8
Heat and add the cream.
Step 9
Simmer the shrimp in the cream for a few minutes.
Step 10
Add the pasta, mix, and simmer for a few more minutes.
Step 11
Serve on plates and garnish with dill.
