- Ripe tomatoes 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slightly crush the garlic clove with a knife, sauté it in olive oil over medium heat until golden, then remove it, leaving only the oil.
Step 2
Add the peeled tomato, diced into medium cubes, and finely chopped chili pepper to the oil, sauté, then add the tomato puree and cook for 7 minutes until it turns into a sauce.
Step 3
Add salt and sugar.
Step 4
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
Step 5
Mix the spaghetti with the ingredients.
