Ingredients

  • Soy Meat 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Bell pepper 1 piece
  • Tomato 1 piece
  • Champignon Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Soy Sauce to taste
  • Grated Ginger 0 oz
  • Curry to taste
  • Potatoes 0 lbs
  • Oregano to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Dry White Wine to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the vegetables and mushrooms, sauté for a couple of minutes over high heat until golden brown.

Step 2

At the end, add spices, grated garlic, ginger, and slightly warm them (to release the aroma of the spices), then add a tablespoon of dry white wine.

Step 3

Boil the soy meat for 5 minutes in water with soy sauce, then drain in a colander.

Step 4

Slice the potatoes and tomatoes, mix with the sautéed vegetables and soy meat.

Step 5

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180-430°F, covering with foil for the first 25-35 minutes. Towards the end of baking, remove the foil to allow a golden crust to form.

Step 6

At the end of cooking, garnish with chopped herbs. You can also use Béchamel sauce, replacing cream with coconut or soy milk.
