Ingredients
- Beer 1 cup
- HP Brown Sauce ¾ cup
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice 2 teaspoons
- Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon
- Pork tenderloin 25 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 3 pieces
- Corn Starch 1 teaspoon
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the beer, sauce, minced garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Add the meat cut into small pieces, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 3
Alternately thread the meat and cut bell peppers onto skewers.
Step 4
Pour the marinade into a saucepan and add the cornstarch. Bring to a boil.
Step 5
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, constantly basting with the hot marinade and turning them.
