- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons

- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the vegetables thinly.
Step 2
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with butter and layer the vegetables, overlapping them, and sprinkle with salt.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce: sauté the flour with butter, add milk while stirring continuously, and cook until thickened.
Step 4
Remove from heat, add the egg while whisking well, and season the sauce with salt. Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
