  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Bay leaf 2 pieces
  • Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Herbs to taste

  • Rice Noodles 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, carrot, celery root, and onion. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, and the carrot, celery root, and onion into fine cubes.

Step 2

Add the broth to the water and bring to a boil.

Add the potatoes to the boiling broth.

Step 4

Prepare the mirepoix (sauté the onion, carrot, and celery in butter until golden brown). Add the mirepoix to the broth.
