Sole fillet with herbs
Ingredients
- Sole fillets 2 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Mint 1 teaspoon
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the herbs; you can use a blender, but if you enjoy the process, chop them with a knife.
Step 2
Mix the juice of half a lemon with pepper and oil.
Step 3
Cut the fillet into medium pieces. Using a brush, coat the fish with oil. Then simply roll it in the herbs.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with foil and place the fish on it. You can add a sprig of mint or parsley and a couple of lemon slices with the fish. Cover the fish with foil and place it in the oven at a temperature of 190–390°F for 20 minutes. If desired, you can uncover the foil and keep the fish in the oven for a little longer.
