  • Pumpkin 5 oz
  • Courgette 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Flaky sea salt a pinch
  • Leek 0 oz
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire Sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Pumpkin seed oil to taste
