Step 1

Heat a round skillet (preferably with a convex bottom for easier cooking) over high heat until it starts to smoke, then add the peanut oil. Beat the eggs well and let them sit for 2 minutes. Gently stir everything using a wooden spoon. Then add the fried pork and chicken to the skillet and mix well, frying for just under a minute.
