Ingredients
- Peanut Butter 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a round skillet (preferably with a convex bottom for easier cooking) over high heat until it starts to smoke, then add the peanut oil. Beat the eggs well and let them sit for 2 minutes. Gently stir everything using a wooden spoon. Then add the fried pork and chicken to the skillet and mix well, frying for just under a minute. It is best to mix the shrimp with the vegetables right away.
Step 2
Now move on to the rice. Mix the rice well and add it to the skillet with the nearly cooked pork and chicken. At this time, add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste to the beaten eggs, and pour the mixture over the rice.
