  • Soba Noodles 5 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
  • Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Scallions 1 stalk
  • Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the garlic and ginger, and slice the chili into strips. Chop the green onion finely.

Step 2

Boil the soba noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 3

Heat a wok over medium heat. Sauté the garlic, chili, and ginger in sesame oil for about 1.5 minutes.

Step 4

Add the noodles, soy sauce, and green onion. Stir-fry for 2.5 minutes, mixing well.

Step 5

Add the lemon juice and mix. Remove from heat after 20 seconds.
