Ingredients
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Broth 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Stale Bread 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the crusts from the bread and soak in milk.
Step 2
Pass the meat through a meat grinder. Add the chopped and sautéed onion and garlic in butter. Add the soaked bread, grated cheese, beaten eggs, and a tablespoon of flour. Mix the filling. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Shape the patties and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Simmer the patties in broth for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished patties with chopped herbs.
