  • Chili Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Mint 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Zucchini 2 pieces
  • Halloumi Cheese 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix chili powder, half the mint, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, zucchini, and halloumi.

Step 2

Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Cut the zucchini and thread the zucchini and halloumi onto the skewers.

Step 5
