  • Striploin steak 10 oz
  • Olive Oil 1½ teaspoons
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Rosemary 1 sprig
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to taste

Heat olive oil in a grill pan.

Let the steak rest at room temperature for about 5–10 minutes.
