Sirloin Steak
Ingredients
- Striploin steak 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1½ teaspoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Rosemary 1 sprig
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a grill pan.
Step 2
Let the steak rest at room temperature for about 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Add butter to the olive oil.
Step 4
Peel and crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 5
Add the sprig of rosemary to the oil.
Step 6
Place the steak and garlic in the pan.
Step 7
After 2–3 minutes, flip the steak. Reduce the heat slightly and cook, basting with the aromatic oil, for 3–5 minutes.
Step 8
Then transfer the steak to a cutting board.
Step 9
Slice against the grain into thick slices.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate, season with salt, and serve.
