Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a tub or a baking tray.
Step 2
Peel the eggplants, zucchini, cucumbers, and tomatoes, then cut them into large cubes.
Step 3
Press the garlic using a garlic press.
Step 4
Add oregano, basil, and saffron.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil.

Place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Take it out, stir, and add salt.

Place in the oven for another 30 minutes.
