- Ground meat 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add salt, pepper, and finely chopped onion to the ground meat; slice the potatoes into rounds and salt them.
Step 2
In a baking dish greased with a small amount of oil, spread the ground meat evenly over the surface, then layer the potatoes on top.
Step 3
In half a glass of cold water, add mayonnaise, mix, and pour into the dish with the meat and potatoes. Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 50–60 minutes.
