  • Tomatoes 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the patties, season the minced meat with salt and pepper, add eggs and fat, and divide the mixture into four portions of 200 grams each. Shape into round patties.

Step 2

For the cherry sauce, combine all the ingredients and place them on the stove. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Slice the onion into thin rings and blanch them in boiling water. Cut the tomatoes and pickled cucumbers into thin slices.

Step 4

Fry the patties in a skillet or on the grill until they reach the desired level of doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty, followed by two slices of bacon.

Step 5

For the burgers, slice the buns, warm them or toast them, and spread cherry sauce on them. On the bottom half of the bun, place a lettuce leaf, a pickled cucumber, a tomato, and red onion, followed by two patties with bacon and cheddar cheese. Top it off with cherry sauce and barbecue sauce, then close with the top half of the bun. Serve with French fries and a sauce of your choice on the side.
