  • Ginger 5 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Dry White Wine 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster Mushrooms 1 tablespoon
  • Sichuan pepper 2 teaspoons
  • Lamb Neck Fillet 20 oz
  • Peanut Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, rice wine, and ground Sichuan pepper.

Step 2

Cut the meat into wide slices and marinate in the prepared marinade for 30 minutes.

Step 3

In a wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the meat. Then transfer it to a mixing bowl. To keep the meat warm, cover the bowl with a lid.

Step 4

In the same oil, stir-fry the sliced bell pepper and chopped onion. Add the meat to the vegetables, mix everything, and serve the dish on plates.
