- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 20 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Tequila ½ cup
- Cream ¾ cup
- Scallions 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper ¾ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the shrimp with salt and ground black pepper.
Step 2
In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the shrimp. Sauté until they turn pink (3-5 minutes depending on size).
Step 3
Reduce the heat, pour the tequila (silver) over the shrimp, and ignite. Gently shake the skillet a few times until the flames subside.
Step 4
Remove the shrimp from heat, add the cream, stir, and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
Step 5
Serve hot with boiled rice.
