Shrimp with Rosemary and Chocolate
Ingredients
- Shrimp 20 oz
- Ocean salt 2 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Port Wine 5 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Rosemary to taste
- Lemon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the port wine into a saucepan, place it over low heat, and reduce until the volume is halved.

Then, slowly pour in the warm broth and cook for about 7 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat. Finely chop the chocolate and add it to the saucepan.

Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
Step 5
Return to low heat and gently add the butter.

Mix thoroughly.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add sea salt, sprigs of rosemary, and shrimp.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Afterward, drain the shrimp in a colander and place them on a serving dish.

Serve with chocolate sauce and lemon. You can garnish with lettuce leaves.
