Shrimp with Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Long-Grain Rice 1 cup
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root 1 tablespoon
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
- Asparagus 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 teaspoons
- Red cocktail cherry 20 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 20 oz
- Sesame Oil 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger.
Step 3
Toast the sesame seeds until golden.
Step 4
Cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces and sauté in vegetable oil until tender. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce mixture, add the shrimp, and heat through. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
Step 5
Before serving, plate the rice, top with asparagus and shrimp, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
