  • Natural Yogurt 10 oz
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 6 tablespoons
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the shrimp, remove the intestinal vein, and leave the tails on.

Step 2

Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, add salt to taste. Pour this mixture over the shrimp, mix well, and refrigerate while preparing the sauce.

Step 3

For the sauce: finely chop the cilantro, mix it with yogurt, lemon juice (2 tablespoons), salt, and cayenne pepper. Add the crushed garlic and mix everything together. Cover and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Step 4

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the shrimp for 2–3 minutes or until cooked (until they turn pink).

Step 5

Serve with boiled white rice, drizzled with the sauce.
