Ingredients
- Shrimp 20 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Ground ancho chili pepper 6 pieces
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the chili peppers and sauté in olive oil for two minutes.
Step 2
Crush the garlic into the chili, stir, and sauté for one minute.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomatoes, add them to the chili and garlic, and simmer for 3–5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce and fish sauce, then add the shrimp (peeled and deveined) to the pan. Simmer until cooked through for three minutes.
