Ingredients
- Shrimp 30 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the garlic and mince it using a garlic press.
Step 2
Place the garlic in a skillet, heating it with the butter. Then add the cream and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Clean the shrimp and add them to the skillet. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Next, wash the herbs and chop them finely. Sprinkle the contents of the skillet with the minced parsley.
Step 5
Mix well and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer the shrimp to a plate and continue to simmer the cream sauce until it thickens. Then add the shrimp back into the thickened sauce.
Step 7
Mix everything and simmer for about 3 more minutes. Finally, remove the shrimp from the heat and serve on a dish.
