Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Dill 1 bunch
- Cream ½ glasses
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 435°F. Arrange the shrimp in ceramic baking dishes. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the olive oil. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper and sauté them, then add the crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Season, pour in the cream, and continue to simmer.
Step 2
Pour the sauce over the shrimp, sprinkle with chopped dill and feta cheese. Place a piece of cheese on top and bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
