- Rosemary 4 stalks
- Shrimp 12 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the large shell-on shrimp along the back and remove the digestive tract.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil, then add rosemary and shrimp. Sauté them on both sides until they turn a characteristic pink color, after which add garlic and cook until fragrant. Then pour in wine, chicken broth, and add a piece of butter to give the sauce body. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer the shrimp for three to five minutes.
