Shrimp in Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 heads
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 20 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 2
Add minced garlic and red pepper and sauté for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 3
Place the peeled shrimp, salt, and pepper in a pot and cook until they turn pink, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pot and set aside.
Step 4
Add wine (optional) and lemon juice to the sautéed garlic in the skillet. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When the butter melts, transfer the shrimp to the skillet, add chopped parsley. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
