Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Shrimp 30 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep skillet, melt the butter, add the garlic, and sauté for a short while.
Step 2
Pour in the cream, mix everything together, and bring to a boil. The sauce is ready.
Step 3
Next, add the peeled shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 8–9 minutes. At the very end, add the parsley and stir.
Step 4
Remove the shrimp. Keep the sauce on the heat until it thickens slightly.
Step 5
Return the shrimp to the sauce and heat for 2 minutes — the dish is ready.
