Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Potato protein 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Pasta (corkscrew) 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 10 oz
- Radish 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the shrimp from the shell and black veins, finely chop or grind through a meat grinder, and mix with a lightly beaten yolk and salt. Form dumplings from the mixture and coat them in starch.
Step 2
Boil the pasta, drain, and finely chop. Whip the egg white. Dip the dumplings in the egg white, then in the chopped pasta.
Step 3
In a deep saucepan, heat the butter well and carefully lower the dumplings into it. Fry until the dumplings float to the surface.
Step 4
Remove the dumplings, drain, and serve with Japanese sauce, grated radish, or radishes.
