Shrimp ceviche with tarragon
Ingredients
- Shrimp 20 oz
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Spanish onions ¼ heads
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Tarragon 2 sprigs
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Lime 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the shrimp, removing the shell and the digestive tract. Cut them lengthwise.
Step 3
Finely chop the red onion and chili pepper.
Step 4
Chop the tarragon and cilantro.
Step 5
Zest the lime and squeeze out its juice.
Step 6
Mix the shrimp with the herbs, lime juice and zest, onion, and chili. Season with salt and pepper, and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Remove the seeds from the cucumber and chop it finely.
Step 8
Remove the seeds from the tomato and dice it into small cubes.
Step 9
Peel the avocado and slice it just like the other vegetables.
Step 10
Serve the shrimp ceviche with tarragon and vegetables immediately.
