Description
You can use vegetables, meat, or chicken and much more as ingredients for the noodles.
Ingredients
- Shimeji mushrooms 0 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
- Leek 0 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 0 oz
- Udon Noodles 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the noodles until al dente. Drain the water.
Step 2
Slice the leek and mushrooms into strips, and mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 3
In a hot skillet, add vegetable oil and sauté the garlic and ginger, then add the leek, mushrooms, and soy sprouts. Continue to sauté for no more than 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry the mixture, adding soy sauce and sesame seeds for another 2–3 minutes.
