  • Cream 22% 5 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Pomegranate Seeds 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken in half along the breast and rinse well.

Step 2

Dry and salt the outside with regular salt, and the inside with Svanetian salt.

Step 3

Pour oil into a frying pan and heat well.

Step 4

Place the chicken skin-side down, press with a weight, and fry until partially cooked.

Step 5

Then flip the chicken, press again, and fry until fully cooked.

Step 6

Grate the garlic on a fine grater and sauté in vegetable oil over low heat.

Step 7

Add the cream and reduce to a thick sauce consistency.

Step 8

Cut the cooked chicken into small pieces and drizzle with the sauce.

Step 9

Garnish with pomegranate seeds and dill leaves.
