  • Duck Skin 10 oz
  • Shirataki Rice 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Sumac 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix ½ teaspoon
  • Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Flaky sea salt a pinch

Finely chop the duck breast.
