Description

Hearty, quick, and delicious. The filling can be any type of ground meat, but it's best to use beef or a mix of beef and pork. The peas can also be fresh or frozen. Adjust the amount of salt in the filling to taste; the potatoes should not be overly salted. It can be served with sour cream.

Prepare the main ingredients.
