Shepherd's Keto Pie with Spinach
Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Cauliflower ½ head
- Lean Beef 10 oz
- Pork Mince 10 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chili jam 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Butter 2 pieces
- Spinach 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 4 tablespoons
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Green Peas 1½ tablespoons
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic coarsely.
Step 2
Divide the cauliflower into florets.
Step 3
Pour water over the florets and add salt. Place on high heat. After boiling, cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Place the ground meat in the heated mustard oil in a skillet.
Step 5
Add the onion and garlic.
Step 6
After 3–4 minutes, stir and add the chili sauce. Add salt.
Step 7
Then add the mayonnaise. Stir and sauté over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
Step 8
When the cauliflower is ready, drain the water, add the yolk, butter, and chopped spinach.
Step 9
Pour in the cream, add salt, and add cheese (3 tablespoons). Then puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 10
Spread the meat mixture on the bottom of a baking dish and sprinkle with peas.
Step 11
Top with the cauliflower puree.
Step 12
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 13
Send to a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 14
After 35 minutes, the dish is ready!
