- Fajitas sauce 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Yakiniku sauce 0 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Armenian Lavash 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, and oyster mushrooms in vegetable oil, adding teriyaki sauce and salt at the end.
Step 2
Rinse the canned beans and add them to the vegetables and mushrooms. Next, add the Mexican salsa.
Step 3
Place the prepared side dish onto the lavash. Roll the lavash into an envelope shape, forming a log that is 22 cm long and 6 cm in diameter.
Step 4
Grill the shawarma on the grill grate, turning it until golden brown on all sides.
