Instead of pork, you can use lamb.
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 0 lbs
- Yogurt powder 10 oz
- Peppermint leaves 1 bunch
- Garlic 1 clove
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Orange Bell Peppers 1½ pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, grind the mint with salt and garlic. Add Worcestershire sauce and yogurt and blend until smooth. Cut the meat into cubes and pour the marinade over it, letting it sit for 1–2 hours.
Step 2
Heat the coals. Cut the pepper into large pieces and thread it onto skewers, alternating with the meat. Grill until cooked through.
