  • Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 2 heads
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon

Prepare the ingredients. Let the duck meat sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
