
Sevan Trout with Bulgur and Spinach

Ingredients
- Trout 5 oz
- Spinach 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chinese green beans 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Bulgur 1 glass
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Salt to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into cubes. Place some butter and a spoonful of vegetable oil in the frying pan.
Step 2
Sauté the fish for 3 minutes. Then add the pre-soaked bulgur, spinach, and soy sauce. Season with salt to taste. Continue to sauté for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
While the fish is frying, prepare the side dish. Cut young green beans into thin strips and dice the tomato. Add cilantro to taste. Toss everything together and dress with lemon juice.
Step 4
Serve the fish with a side dish.
